What is connect?

First and foremost, Oak Park is committed to introducing people to Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus Christ that an individual is forgiven of all their sin, has peace with God, has a right standing with God and possess the strength and ability to live their life in a manner pleasing to God. That being said, we want to be a place where people can experience life change that is real and lasting.  We believe that God is in the business of changing lives and so we want to have environments at Oak Park that will facilitate people’s ability to connect with the God of the universe.  The primary way we do this is through our weekly Sunday morning worship services and our Sunday School. These environments combine biblical teaching, encouraging music and life-applicational preaching to help people experience the presence of God and be transformed by His Truth.  Additional opportunities to connect with God are blended throughout our various other ministries including preschool, children, student and men’s and women’s ministries.
