Christmas for Christ Service

Our annual Christmas for Christ Service will be held next Sunday, December 18. This is the day we give our first gifts to Jesus by giving to the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering for International Missions. Please be in prayer about what the Lord would have you give. Our church goal this year is $12,000. The week of prayer starts today and are inserted in your bulletin.

Christmas Card Exchange

We have a box for everyone to give Christmas cards to each other located on a table in the hallway by the activity center. Just place your card in the alphabetic slot of the person you are giving a card. And don’t forget to check your own box as well.

Amazing Grays’ Outing

The Amazing Grays will be going to see the Lights Under Louisville on Thursday, December 15, leaving the church at 5:00 pm. You must sign-up today at the Welcome Center - seating is limited.

Men’s Basketball

Starting on Monday, December 12 from 8:00 - 10:00 pm, the men will meet in the gym to play basketball. If you would like to join them please feel free to come.

Special Services

On Christmas Eve at 5:30 Oak Park will host a Candlelight Service with carol singing, a reading of the Christmas story, and an exhortation from Pastor Chase. Also, children are encouraged to come in their pajamas for this short family friendly service.

On Christmas Day we'll celebrate with a traditional Carol Service singing classic Christmas hymns. Pastor Chase will conclude our Advent series in Isaiah. We’ll also have a special Children’s Christmas Story, led by our family minister Joshua Page. The service will start at the regular time with no discipleship classes.
